The Turtles are Coming, the Turtles are Coming!!!

Ok, the turtles are already here. I just get so excited thinking about them... If you're not from a tropical paradise where leatherback sea turtles nest, you are definitely missing out! In Trinidad and Tobago these endangered, magnificent creatures grace our shores yearly from the month of February to lay hundreds of eggs. Leatherback turtles are the largest of all living turtles weighing up to a hefty 2000lbs and 10 ft in length. Amazingly, they've been around for at least 100 million years.

In paying homage to these majestic creatures, we look at 4 ways you can safely bring their beauty into your home with no injury to them, their nesting areas or our environment.
